Ronald Alberto Matarrita Ulate (San Ramon, Alajuela, Costa Rica, July 9, 1994), known athletically as Ronald Matarrita b> (AFI: ‘řonald mata’řita ), is a Costa Rican footballer who plays as a left-back in the New York City Football Club of Major League Soccer.
Known for its versatility, which is expert as lateral and interior on the left, it also fits in the sector on the right. It is a quarry of the Alajuelense Sports League and advanced in the different categories, including the subsidiary Alajuela Junior of the Second Costa Rican Division. Established in the absolute team, he made his debut in the top category on September 5, 2013, under the technical direction of Óscar Ramírez.
