Marlon Williams (born September 30, 1962 in Queens, New York), better known as Marley Marl, was one of the most influential producers of hip hop. He was the producer of the house of the collective Juice Crew, which included (besides him) Big Daddy Kane, Biz Markie, Roxanne Shanté, Kool G Rap, MC Shan (his cousin), Masta Ace, King Tee.
