Maria Dolores Gonzalez Flores (Madrid, May 6, 1958), better known as Lolita or Lolita Flores , is a singer, actress and Spanish television presenter.

Raised in the Madrid neighborhood of Chamberí, Lolita belongs to a saga of Spanish artists, being the first-born of the marriage formed by Lola Flores “La Faraona” and Antonio González “El Pescaílla”. She is the older sister of the singers and actors Antonio Flores and Rosario Flores and of other brothers by her father (Antonia González “La pescaílla” and Juan Santos). His godparents of baptism were the actress and singer Paquita Rico and the film producer Cesáreo González.

She is the niece of the singer and actress Carmen Flores, cousin of the former soccer player Quique Sánchez Flores and aunt of the actress Alba Flores.

Known since her birth to be the daughter of a great figure of the Spanish art scene, Lolita’s childhood was completely normal between family life, friends and studies.

Despite being a shy teenager who did not even imagine that she would dedicate herself to the artistic world, since she was a child she performed with her father at family parties, although it was not until 1975 that she became known as a singer and actress in the world Spanish art.
