Coogan, real name Keith Eric Mitchell in Palm Springs, California, began acting in 1975, when he was only 5 years old. During the 70s he appeared in numerous television series such as The Waltons, Vacations at Sea, Fantasy Island, Laverne and Shirley, Mork & amp; Mindy, Eight is Enough, The fantastic car, Ay! how it hurts to grow and Silver Spoons. In 1986 he changed his name to Keith Coogan , two years after the death of his grandfather.
Coogan has starred in such films as Adventures in the Big City, A Touch of Infidelity, Hiding Out, Cheetah, An Adventure in the Jungle, Operation: Toy Soldiers, Book of Love and Do not Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead.
