John Champion . He also used the aliases of John C. Champion and Henry Krisel . He was born on October 13, 1923 in Denver, Colorado. He passed away on October 3, 1994 in Tarzana, California. American film producer and screenwriter.

One of the directors with whom more work was the director of westerns Lesley Selander. In 1976 he made his directorial debut with the film Mustang Country, a Western starring Joel McCrea, Robert Fuller, Patrick Wayne and Nika Mina. In addition to directing it, he wrote the script and produced it. It was his first and last film as a director. However, for television, a year later (1977), he directed an episode of the NBC series The Oregon Trail . It was episode 13 titled Wagon Race, it was never aired. The series was canceled before the end of the first season. It was the last episode finished. 13 episodes were concluded, of which only six were issued, between September 21 and October 26, 1977.
