Hironobu Kageyama (影 山 ヒ ロ ノ ブ, Kageyama Hironobu?) is a Japanese composer and singer born in Osaka on February 18, 1961. He is one of the most important artists in the world of music for anime series.

He debuted in the world of music with only 15 years, in 1976, with the band LAZY. LAZY was the first rock group that emerged in Japan, and in the late 70s reaped a great success, becoming idols of Japanese youth of the moment. Your first song, HEY! I love you, is considered a classic of J-pop.

Broken Heart was Kageyama’s first solo album, and all the singles and cds that have come after him have established him among the greats of j-pop. This year the JAM Project was formed (Ichirō Mizuki, Hironobu Kageyama, Rica Matsumoto, Eizo Sakamoto and Masaaki Endou).

In 2001, JAM Project performed the songs for “SOULTAKER”, “SUPER ROBOT Taisen Gaiden”. He performs concerts with LAZY, together with Masaaki Endou representing his “Akogina Futari Tabi Da Ze!”, Together with JAM PROJECT, and representing his POWER LIVE.

In 2007 Hironobu Kageyama celebrated his 30-year career, with the album 30years3ounce and the live “Hironobu Kageyama 30th Shunen Kinen LIVE” in Shibuya O-east, which was attended by friends of Kageyama such as Ichirō Mizuki, MoJo, Masaaki Endou, Kitadani Hiroshi, KUKO, YUKA, Masami Okui, Matuzawa Yumi, Psychic Lover, Megumi Ogata, Minami Kuribayashi, Oumi Tomoe, among others. In addition to releasing along with JAM Project, the single NO border, which would take them to a tour around the world (Taipei, Sao Paulo, Baltimore and now in Seoul) in which they are currently.
