Elizabeth Mitchell (born March 27, 1970, in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Dr. Juliet Burke in the US television series Lost. Also interpreted in the remake of the series V to Erica Evans, an agent of the FBI. The series was canceled after the second season.

She has recently played Rachel Matheson in the J. J. Abrams, Revolution and Ingrid (Snow Queen) series in the Once Upon a Time series.

The same year of his birth his family moved to Dallas, Texas, where he graduated from the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, a public school. She is the eldest of three sisters. Her sister Kristie (1978) is 8 years younger; and his sister Kate (1982) 12 years younger.

Elizabeth played her first role with only 7 years in the Dallas theater. He studied at Stephens College obtaining the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA).

He had a relationship with actor David Lee Smith. He married Chris Soldevilla on June 13, 2004. Both were parents of a child on September 4, 2005; the little one was called Christopher. They lived on Bainbridge Island, in the state of Washington. The couple divorced in 2013.
