Sexual harassment

He was sued for sexual harassment for an extra Bones series called Kristina Hagan. The harassment began during a shoot on August 21, 2009, where the actor sent extremely inappropriate messages to the actress. Then, in September 2009, while Boreanaz was driving a car he told the actress that he was “the boss” and that he could “make things happen with her”. The lawsuit says David parked his car, and “tried to kiss her and touch her breasts, but she rejected him,” then Boreanaz pulled down his pants, showed his private parts and made improper touching. Another encounter allegedly occurred with Do in David’s trailer on September 29, according to the documentation. Once again Hagan claims that Boreanaz grabbed her, kissed and caressed her and then touched her inappropriately “in front of her”. The case was resolved by an agreement between the parties.
