Curt Hansen (Hartford, Wisconsin, United States, August 14, 1987) is an American actor, singer and dancer, best known for his role as Dak Zevon in the series of Big Time Rush musical comedy.

Hansen was born on August 14, 1987 in the city of Hartford, Wisconsin, United States. In 2005, he graduated from Hartford Union High School.

In 2009, Hansen was chosen as the main character in the musical comedy series Big Time Rush, along with James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson. Hansen filmed a pilot episode and recorded two songs, however, the producers of the program noticed that he seemed older than the other cast members, and his voice sounded too similar to that of James Maslow, so they decided to replace him with actor Kendall Schmidt Hansen would later return to the series as a guest actor in two episodes. In it he plays the pop star Dak Zevon, a parody of Zac Efron.

Since his departure from Big Time Rush, Hansen has appeared mostly in plays, and in 2010, he was a substitute in the Tony Award-winning musical, Next to Normal, and continued on the role until 2011. In In 2012, he starred in A Snow White Christmas, along with Neil Patrick Harris, Ariana Grande and Charlene Tilton. In 2013, he played Mike in Todd Almond’s musical Girlfriend. Hansen was also a member of the cast of Hairspray on Broadway, and starred in the acclaimed production of Jason Robert Brown, Parade.
