Cecelia Ahern (September 30, 1981 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish novelist. He has published several novels and a series of short stories. She is the daughter of the former Prime Minister of Ireland, Bertie Ahern. Her older sister, Georgina, is married to Nicky Byrne, of the Irish pop group Westlife.
Cecelia Ahern’s Biography
Before beginning her career as a writer, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media at Griffith College in Dublin. In 2004 he published his first novel PostData:love you, which was best-seller in Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and the Netherlands, and was sold in more than forty countries. The book became a film directed by Richard LaGravenese, which premiered in the USA. on December 21, 2007.
His second book, Where the rainbow ends, also reached number one in Ireland and the United Kingdom, and won the German CORINE Prize in 2005. In 2014 it became a film under the title “Love, Rosie”. < / p>
He has contributed to charities with storybooks such as Girls Are Irish, Back in the City and Ladies’ Night. She is co-creator, along with Donald Todd, and producer of the ABC comedy Samantha Who?.
