Carolina Gómez Correa (Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, February 26, 1976) is a former beauty queen, Señorita Colombia 1993, Virreina Universal 1994-1995, model, presenter and actress Colombian.
His childhood and adolescence he lived in Cali. At age twelve he went to live in the United States. He returned to Colombia, living in Bogotá D.C .. He went to study at the Nueva Granada School, where he graduated as a Bachelor. At age 15, she ventured into the media, working as a presenter of the “Hoy Saturday” program on the regional channel Telepacífico de Cali, to which she traveled once a week. Being a teenager, she modeled and worked as a promoter at events.

During that same year, Carolina starred in the film “El Paseo”, a family comedy that, like “A Corazón Abierto”, was a resounding success at the box office. It has been, until now, the highest grossing Colombian film in the history of the industry in this country. Carolina is the fourth Colombian actress to venture into the American film market; the other three are Sofía Vergara, Paola Turbay and Catalina Sandino.
In February 2008, Carolina traveled to Argentina, to record the second season of the Colombian adaptation of the American series Amas de casa desesperadas, in which she played Eugenia de Koppel (Bree in the American version) and which was interpreted in the first season by the Venezuelan actress Ruddy Rodríguez.
